SERVICES
Refined Finish Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile automotive detailing services throughout the Metro East area and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, declined, or rescheduled at our discretion.
ESTIMATES & PRICING
Prices listed on this website are starting prices only and may vary based on:
● Vehicle size
● Vehicle condition
● Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or contamination
● Service location
● Additional services requested
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
While we make every effort to arrive on time, arrival times may be affected by weather, traffic, previous appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, debit card, electronic payment, or other approved payment methods.
VEHICLE CONDITION
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, firearms, medications, and other sensitive items from their vehicle before service.
Refined Finish Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
● Scratches
● Rock chips
● Paint defects
● Faded trim
● Worn upholstery
● Loose interior components
● Prior repair work
Any visible concerns may be documented before service begins.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
While we strive to achieve exceptional results, detailing outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, and history of the vehicle.
Certain stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, and interior damage may be reduced but cannot always be completely removed.
No guarantee is made that all defects will be eliminated.
WEATHER & MOBILE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Because we provide mobile services, appointments may be postponed due to weather or conditions that prevent safe and effective service.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and a safe work area.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully request reasonable notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated cancellations or no-show appointments may result in refusal of future service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refined Finish Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, logos, branding, images, text, and graphics are the property of Refined Finish Mobile Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
